Jessie Reynolds

Undergraduate Honours Thesis Student
I am a fourth year undergraduate student working in the QE3 lab. My major is Biology and my minor is English Language and Literature. I have always been passionate about nature and conservation biology and have found that the ecotoxicology work done in the QE3 lab fits perfectly with my interests in ecology, conservation, and environmental science. I worked as a SWEP student in the QE3 lab in the summer of 2018 and am continuing my research throughout the school year as an Honours Thesis student. I am helping to investigate the effectiveness of a novel treatment for detoxifying oil sands waste waters stored in tailings ponds in Alberta. In my spare time I enjoy running, hiking, and camping.
